Summer just started, and so did the season of vacations, cookouts, and weeks that look nothing like your normal routine. Most women treat travel as all or nothing. Be perfect, or blow it and start over Monday. Neither one works, and neither one is much fun. There is a third option that lets you enjoy the trip and come home still feeling like yourself.
