This is actually where I was when I joined the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I was newly postpartum with my youngest, Gus, and I felt so lost. I was wading through diapers and bottles, desperately trying to find 8 minutes so I could shower. I knew no one was coming to rescue me and it had to be my decision to take control. I signed up for the FW and committed (because I had to make my investment worth it!). I had about 45 minutes a day to get my workout in, shower, and eat. That investment is the best thing I ever did for my mental health and my babies. I think the best time to practice healthy habits is when you have accountability. I am not working out currently, should I get started on my own first?

I would love to help you build habits one at a time so they are lasting and sustainable. Every workout has multiple modifications for every skill and ability level. I have had clients see massive success without completing any of the 30 minute workouts the entire time. You are welcome at any stage, you just have to get started!
