My New Year’s Wish List (That Actually Makes Life Easier)

Every January, I see the same thing happen.

People make these massive, unrealistic promises to themselves.
New routines.
New diets.
New schedules that only work if you live a quiet, perfectly organized life.

That has never been my reality.

I’m raising three boys.
We’re always on the go.
I don’t shop at fancy grocery stores.
I don’t have time to think about every workout or meal every day.

So this year, my New Year’s wish list looks different.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about tools that make consistency easier.

Here’s what’s actually on my list.

1. A Water Bottle I Actually Use

Hydration sounds simple, but if I’m being honest, I drink more water when I love the bottle I’m using.

The Owala water bottle is one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference.
Easy to carry.
Doesn’t leak.
I reach for it all day without thinking.

Staying hydrated helps with energy, digestion, cravings, and workouts.
This one is an easy yes on my list this year.

2. A Weighted Vest for Walking

Walking is already part of my life.
Adding a weighted vest takes it to the next level without adding stress.

It boosts calorie burn.
Builds strength.
Improves posture.
And still feels doable even on busy days.

I love tools that work with my lifestyle instead of against it.
A weighted vest lets me turn my normal walks into something more effective without extra planning.

3. A Walking Pad for Real Life Movement

Not everyone has time for long gym sessions.
Some days movement happens between emails, homework help, and dinner prep.

A walking pad is perfect for getting steps in while working, watching a show, or checking off tasks at home.
No excuses.
No extra schedule blocks.
Just consistent movement that adds up.

This is one of those items that supports progress without demanding perfection.

4. A Weekly Meal Plan I Don’t Have to Think About

Decision fatigue is real.
Especially when you’re feeding a family and juggling a million responsibilities.

Having a weekly meal plan removes so much mental load.
I know what to buy.
I know what to make.
I know it fits my goals.

No last minute panic.
No guessing.
Just simple, realistic meals that work for real families.

If you’re tired of winging it every week, this is exactly why my coaching includes done-for-you weekly meal plans. You don’t have to start from scratch. You just follow the plan.

5. Workouts That Are Already Decided for Me

The hardest part of working out is not the workout itself.
It’s deciding what to do.

I want workouts that are:
Planned.
Effective.
Time efficient.
And flexible.

No scrolling.
No guessing.
No wondering if it’s enough.

Just show up and follow the plan.

Inside my program, your workouts are already laid out for you. You log in, hit play, and move on with your day knowing you did what matters.

6. A Coach Who Gets My Life

This might be the most important thing on my wish list.

I don’t need someone who expects perfection.
I need someone who understands what it’s like to:
Raise three boys.
Live a busy, active life.
Shop at normal grocery stores.
Have weeks that don’t go as planned.

Having a coach who understands real life changes everything.
It keeps you consistent when motivation fades.
It helps you adjust instead of quit.
It gives you structure without rigidity.

That’s exactly why I coach the way I do.

If you want a coach who understands real life and helps you stay consistent without starting over every Monday, I’d love to work with you in my next round of coaching.

Why This Matters More Than Motivation

None of these items are magic on their own.
They work because they remove friction.

Less thinking.
Less stress.
More follow through.

That’s how results actually happen.

Ready for Support That Fits Your Life?

If what you really want this year is:
More energy.
More strength.
Less overwhelm.
A plan that works in real life.

Then I’d love to coach you through it.

My next round of coaching is open now, and it’s built for women who want structure, support, and results without dieting or burnout.

You can shop my New Year’s wish list through my LTK and join me inside the program where everything else is already planned for you.

This is your year to stop restarting and start building something sustainable.

Let’s do it together. 💙
