Why I’m Shifting to a 3-Week Jumpstart (And the Data That Led Me Here)

I want to pull back the curtain on a decision I did not make lightly.

I am currently the number one FASTer Way coach in a community of over 5,000 coaches. That is not something I take casually. When that many women are watching what you build, what you promote, and what you stand behind, you cannot rely on trends or gut feelings alone.

You need proof.

That is exactly why I spent the past year testing a major shift in how I coach women.

Why I Questioned the Traditional 6-Week Program Model

For years, 6-week programs were considered the gold standard in the online fitness space. More time meant better results, right?

Not always.

What I began noticing was not a lack of effort from clients. It was overwhelm. Too much time. Too many moving parts. Too much pressure to be perfect for six straight weeks.

Women were motivated at the start, but energy dipped midway through. Life happened. Stress crept in. Consistency became harder the longer the program stretched.

So instead of guessing, I tested a different approach.

The 3-Week Jumpstart Experiment

Over the course of one year, I ran a structured 3-week jumpstart repeatedly.

2,532 women went through it.

And I tracked everything.
