I have been thinking of how there are somedays where I know I am not showing up as my best self. It usually happens when I am tired, hungry or feeling down about myself for one reason or another. I used to have a lot more of those days than I do now. The best thing I did for my self care was start managing my movement and what I ate. It has made me a better Mom, Wife, Friend, Coach- you name it, it has improved.

As a mom, you understand that your family’s well-being is paramount. By putting your own health first, you set a powerful example for your children to follow. When you prioritize self-care, you not only have more energy and patience, but you also become a role model who demonstrates the value of a balanced lifestyle..
